Sometimes I get asked who can participate in my mail art project “this is where i go.” I forget that not everyone is familiar with mail art, so I’d like to take this opportunity to clarify that anyone, artist or non-artist, of any age can participate in this mail art project, and in fact, in most mail art projects that’s how it is. But you do need to read the submission guidelines that each organizer sets out.
I am very pleased with how this project call is going. I have received over 80 submissions from 21 different countries, and definitely from artists, non-artists, and children.
Here are the submission guidelines if you’d like to participate. The deadline is September 15.
